Bones History
Bones Grille was a concept that was born one sunny afternoon as a group of friends were enjoying time together. Our conversation turned to food and local restaurants and a desire for something new and different. We all agreed on four things...
- It had to be casual and comfortable... the kind of place where you could go with your family or just a few friends for a drink after work.
- It had to use fresh ingredients every single day.
- It had to be reasonably priced with food for every age.
- It had to make Customers want to come back!
...the groundwork was laid and so it began.
Spearheaded by Bill Fretz, a long time local resident and businessman whose business ventures include real estate development, construction and ownership in two restaurants, Bones Grille soon became a reality. With his experience at other restaurants in the suburban Philadelphia area, he decided to try to fill the need for a fun and friendly restaurant with good food and a welcoming bar, in his own backyard. By combining the creative and business experiences of our families and friends, we hope to serve the needs of your family and friends.
